I am from North Carolina but reside in Reno,NV. I have been a cosmetologist my whole life, but professionally for about 10 years. I get asked all the time why did i choose this career over every other career choice? I tell everyone I was born to do this and i still feel this way today. Cancellation Policy
As a client if you are looking to cancel your appointment, I would appreciate if it’s 24-48 hours in advance. If it is same day cancellation you are responsible for 50 percent of your service. If you no show the appointment you are responsible for the complete service fee and it must be paid for you before you are able to book another service at the parlor. Refusal to pay the self acquired fees will result in banning of future appointments
